Gearing Up for Fall

The weather is getting cooler at night as indicated by the piggies burrowing in their blankets.  Penny is also more resistant to going outside in the morning too!  However, the grass finally growing.

Snickers and Petunia are still boarding with us and will for the winter probably.  Their mom has been called to duty and is leaving them in our capable hands.

A new addition is also coming to Swine And Dandy.  Mason, a needy piggy, is coming to us for assessment and foster care.  Mason’s mom got him a couple years ago and cannot care for him as he needs because of their respective medical issues.  We are happy to help and take Mason.  After we get him, we will post some pictures of the sweet two-year-old.
