Hoof trimming at Heritage Park Petting Farm

Leslie and Will had the pleasure of visiting Heritage Park Petting Farm in Taylor, Michigan to trim the hooves of two pigs that Swine And Dandy rescued 4 years ago.

They have been doing so well with socialization! We were able to get their hooves trimmed with no problems, and we even got to visit with their friends. Leslie is especially fond of the neighbor cow, Gracie, who is the flock guardian over Penny and Pickle.

We are happy that we get to work with organizations that are also in the animal welfare field. Many of the animals at the petting farm were taken in as rescues and rehabbed by the facility.
