Mason Arrives!

Mason is a very overweight piggy.  Remember, what we learn about pigs in the media is often untrue.  Pigs need not have large bellies.

However, he is a sweet loving boy who is deserving of all the affection he was given.  He allows touches all over and only a little protesting when he disapproves.  He has some trouble seeing as a result of his obesity, but not a bad case.  We expect that he will regain full sight, but it may take a while.  We take in only special cases like this where there are no other options.  Within the next 6-12 months we will assess the possibility of adoption.  Until then a diet and exercise program that will challenge him to lose some “excess pig”.  We will get some pictures up as he feels a little more comfortable showing himself off.
